Chef Will Uhlhorn comes to F. Scott's with a resume that includes stints at (Four Star Restaurant) The Wild Boar and the Belle Meade Brasserie in Nashville. His study of Fine Food began more than a decade ago in Oxford, Mississippi at the renowned City Grocery Restaurant
He has trained under a master Japanese Sushi Chef, prepared meals at the world famous James Beard House and worked in restaurants from Memphis to Massachusetts.
